Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a DAMAGED or BROKEN package, please send images of the damaged carton within 24 hours of delivery and mention the same while acknowledging the delivery with the courier partner.

If you receive a DEFECTIVE product, please email us at naturasa.info@gmail.com within 24 hours with images. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Once verified, we will initiate a reverse pickup. After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process a refund or replacement accordingly.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if requested on the same day of order placement. However, if the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

We do not accept cancellations for perishable items like food and beverages unless there is a proven quality issue.

Taste Preferences

Taste is subjective and varies from person to person. We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you did not like the taste of the squash.

Product Not as Expected

If you believe the received product is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. We will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty

If the product comes with a manufacturer warranty, please direct your complaint to the manufacturer for resolution.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
