Shipping Address & Delivery Confirmation
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. NatuRasa is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer errors.
A delivery confirmation email will be sent once your order is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, report it to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Courier Liability & Delays
NatuRasa guarantees handover to the courier service within 4-7 days, but we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or customs.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been dispatched.
